Well I'm happy to say that I am back in school (yes HAPPY), I'm taking 19 credit hours this semester so my time is limited. I'm setting politics aside right now though because of more important things, namely I have to study a great deal because I will be attending the National PAS conference in Hershey, PA come March, and I hope to score well in my contest. For those of you who don't know PAS means Post Secondary Agriculture Students and is a network of community colleges aiming to unite and educate Ag students in higher education. Students from all fifty states (59 if your Barack Obama) will be heading to the Hershey lodge in Hershey, PA to compete and prepare for the future.

This is going to be an exciting trip, and I hope to have pictures available sometime afterwords. Several of my classmates will be attending the conference, which is itself remarkable because everyone of us qualified for nationals in at least one contest during the Missouri State PAS conference in St. Louis. Most of the upperclassman scored first place in their contest while the lowerclassman scored both first and second (I scored second in both the Equine contest and Non-ruminant Career planning contest).

This will be an exciting trip full of stuff most normal people would find boring (Normal=Non-Aggie). There will be speakers from all over the Agricultural spectrum and various trips to different operations and museums (and hopefully chocolate factories).

Now I have to say I will be spending a lot of time filling out my New Application (go-figure since I already qualified), and studying the advanced equine stuff for the contest, but this is not to say I wont be posting. Just don't expect any hard hitting stuff for a while (unless that oaf in office does something that I cant not opine about).

Well let me just say again this trip will be exciting, well i'm excited which is why i'm writing this post eventhough only about four people will read it.

Have a good week, and if everything thats going on keeps it up, have a good Apocalypse.
